    Finally installed the dash today.

I ran two new ground wires from the engine block to the dash to counteract the known issue of undersize grounds that cause issues, especially as they get older, and especially when you add PerfectPass.

I installed a new ground bus, and wired all of the gauges and breakers to that, and I gave PerfectPass its own dedicated ground. I now show a steady 13.5 volts on the PerfectPass gauge, and about the same on the voltmeter on the dash.

I installed the PerfectPass Master Module in the spot where the stereo used to be in the dash, which is completely covered up with the new dash panel now.

I wired in the Roswell NightWater Pro underwater light to ACCY 2 on the dash switch panel. ACCY 1 is the 12-volt plug, ACCY 3 will be the Roswell Cybox and the remote turn-on for the amp. ACCY 4 will be left open for now. The Roswell R1 speakers have RGB lights in them, so I wired those into the Courtesy Lights switch on the dash panel. Now the speakers light up when the courtesy lights come on.

I think I somehow fried my oil pressure gauge and my temperature gauge though. I did a LOT of wiring under the dash, so I probably had something set up incorrectly that took out those gauges. They used to work, but they are dead now, and I know the wiring is correct. All other gauges work great!

I installed a new Full Throttle Package steering wheel as well. I need to get the matching throttle knob the next time I am at the factory.

I also tried out the new trailer today! Love it!

OK, got all of the dash wiring moved over to the new panel, and wired in the PP display and Master Module.

Dash is ready to bolt on now!

OK, now it is down to the wiring. I will have to attack that another day. I need to get to bed so I can get up and make the round trip to Roswell and back tomorrow to pick up the 2017 PN G23.

Really happy with how these new panels turned out. Notice they don't show any fasteners!

Not yet, but very soon! Now that I have a dash, I can get the new PerfectPass working, and then my wife will finally drive it!

Did you get a chance to ski behind it?

No, it didn't get recovered. I wish it had, but that is quite difficult to do.

They made new panels for the front, and created new drip-mold cover plates. I was missing the one on the right side completely, and the left side was not in great shape.

Congrats! What did the factory do to your dash? Did you get it recovered? If so do you have any details on how it was done?

I was hoping to be able to pick it up today while I was at Nautique, but there was an issue with one of the parts they made for it, so I will pick it up in a couple of weeks when I go back to Orlando to pick up the PN G23 from Roswell.

I did manage to get a new steering wheel for the Ski Nautique today at the factory though. I needed that badly!

I also think I found a trailer that I am going to buy to replace the purple one currently under the Ski Nautique. When I picked up the PN G23 trailer from Ram-Lin this morning, they offered me a good deal on a dual-axle Ski Nautique trailer that they just happened to have at their factory.

Jeff, the carbs need a specific jet and power valve. I believe the details are spelled out in the big engine manual. I know I had to change them on a new carb when I replaced the carb on my 98.
