Still I can't believe how fast this is going.

Didn't get to the decals today. Had an unexpected truck repair that took precedence. As long as the weather holds out tomorrow, I am hoping to get them on then.

All of the rubber and foam on my windshield was reusable and in pretty good shape. Nothing brittle or hard. The foam strip that goes between the windshield and the deck of the boat was a little smashed, but still usable. That was the hardest piece to keep in place while reinstalling the windshield.

If you're talking about the strip that covers the screws, that was very easy to get out and in great shape. You just pry an end out with a screwdriver and pull it out, then it just pops back in easily when you remount the windshield.

Hey Jeff, with the windshield, is that little foam piece or whatever that is just up from the bottom, it is hard to get out? was your decayed at all or did you have to replace it once you removed it? Where I am I don't think I'll be able to track that down...

Better way to put it: Starting to look like a brand spanking new boat again!! Amazing results!!

Probably going to be a plate with SeaDek on it with a Roswell logo, and a place for Roswell's volume control knob.

Not hard at all. Much easier than trying to get everything apart. Putting the windshield back on the boat isn't bad either.

Not yet. I am taking it down next week. They will scan it, make the pads, and install them at their factory.

Then it goes to Roswell, where they will add new speakers, amp, one underwater light, and a Cybox. There will be no head unit in this boat. It will be bluetooth only, directly-connected to the amp. Clean and simple, yet modern and cool.

Got the rest of the windshield reassembled today.

I mounted half of the windshield on the boat, and I also mounted the front vent covers, fresh from the powdercoat shop.

Kind of wish I took the time to disassemble mine before tinting. It would look a lot better if there were no lines!

Yeah I took one apart one time to tint the glass (didn't want the tint lines showing)....putting it back together was definitely way more tedious than dis-assembling it!
