        GREAT LOOKING BOAT... Congrats!!!!!

I agree, you did yourself proud on the set-up. Great colors, love the powdercoated tower.

Of course I am a bit biased, but prior to all else, you picked the right brand to start with...so you had the deck stacked to begin with....

What make is your bimini? Does it only have one fixed mounting point on the rear of the tower?

          Great looking boat!

Thanks for putting up the pics. How about an interior view?

BTW I forgot to mention this... your trailer is awesome too! I think a trailer can make or break a rig, and your Duel Axle Ram-Lin custom trailer definately helped make your rig look awesome!

Hey guys, thanks for all of the nice words - I really need to give my dealer alot of credit . When we placed our order we really did not know exactly what we were doing, in fact I did not even know the make of trailer we ordered, I just asked for a real good one with SS fenders. Mark Dougherty at MD Boats in Indianapolis, IN made most of he calls. The tower speakers, trailer, tower color and bimini were all his doing - and we like it!

The Bimini was custom built by Smitty's Indy Marine. It does only have one fixed mounting per side and two strap connectors per side. It is very stable, no noise while in action. It is a bit of a pain to put up though. It was installed before the speakers, so one leg must be unbolted to unfold the top. It is fairly simple to do and to change it wouyld throw the hieght off, so we're going to keep it as is.

The stereo is incredible. I was in Greg Meloon's boat a few weeks ago and not to diss his boat, but I think this system sounds even better - (and Greg's system rocks). We stuck with the Factory installed Kicker sub and just added the tower speakers (Titan Bullets) and Full Mosfetamp - this system is clean and absolutely abnoxiuosly loud. The bass is very full with no rasp or rattle. The bullets really finish it off.

I hope this has not sounded too proud. Needless to say, we are happy with our Nautique and dealer. And as mentioned before The Nautique family has really made this experience great. All have shared good info and experience, making the whole process more comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to all who answered questions and helped us make good calls when it comes to our investment in a Nautique. Your advise and counsil have made us very happy - and it is worth the wait!!!

There simply are no better inboard boats, company, or boating family - Nautiques, the Meloons, and the PlanetNautique Family Rock!

                Thanks

Here is a picture of the interior. Others available if needed.

Also, any cool ideas for additions are welcomed.

Awesome boat! The only thing I would have done was gone with www.towerbiminis.com ........no drilling into tower and gelcoat, no straps.

I put the mirror on the same spot on my boat and I agree it is probably the best place for it. But if you have a lot of people going to and from the bow, the left side of the mirror sticks out into the walkway and it either gets bumped and the postition of it always gets moved. So we found it easier to move it over to the right slighty just so that it doesn't stick out on the left. Just a suggestion....

Wow, I took a look at the Tower Bimini sight - they look sweet. Looks like I missed the boat on that one. How do they do when folding with speakers?

Good idea on the mirror - I will move it tomorrow - we're going out!!

Thanks guys and keep up the input. We are new at this and appreciate the advise.

Wow - great looking boat! Congratulations! What lake will we be seeing it on here in Indy? Mark and Mark at MD do a great job and have a really good eye for what looks good.

Smitty's did our top and I am pretty pleased with it, but to get the extended length I wanted AND to have it fold into the top of the tower when not in use, I also have to undo one side. I didn't really want straps, but they did a nice job of incorporating them into the lines of the tower and so far they aren't too bad.
