Like the New PN Look

Just wanted to say I like the new formatting of the PlanetNautique forum. Thinner is better IMO. The wide look gets confusing when you have a wide monitor. My only additional suggestion would be to center it on the screen.

I much preferred the fluid HTML. Now I have a huge black bar on the right side of the forums. With fluid HTML you could adjust your browser to whatever size you wanted and everything would adjust.

Chrome and Firefox, not going to bother IE.

True about the black bar. That's why I suggested centering it so you get two smaller black bars on each side... LOL Besides, its natural to look at the center of the screen.

I don't like it but I could get used to it if it was centered for me (I run every window "maximized")



I don't like the ad on the first post - it is very distracting and triggers my epileptic seizures.



It also seems to me (unless something else is going on) that my spell checker in Mozilla no longer works in this text box. wtf?

No idea why your spell checker would have stopped working. All I did was change the template size.

I may end up resizing that ad. It is a little big. Those ads are paying the bills that keep this site online though!

Personally I like it!! Back in the middle of my screen!! I'm sure not everyone will like the leaner look but for me its easier to read.

Not sure how much this will help, but you can collapse the right side bar. That will widen the forum area a bit.
