    98 Super sport.....

I recently picked up this diamond in the rough. 300+/- hours. I bought it from a local doctor who bought it new from my local dealer. He has done all the service work on it so I know that it is in tip top mechanical shape. Bad thing is he never once cleaned the thing. I have big plans for the boat. I plan to install a 00 model flight control tower and possible do a wrap with graphics on it. I am still not sure about adding factory ballast or just doing a soft bag setup with onboard pumps. Any who here are the pics the day it came home.

One of my favorite CC Hulls. My father owns one and it has been a phenomenal boat, very well engineered (duh) and versatile. We can fit a 1000lb bow sac under the front seat, 700lb. sac in the ski locker, and 500lbs. on either side of the v-drive and you wouldn't even know they were there if you looked in the boat. Oh yeah, the water line changes a bit. Great for surfing to barefooting and everything in between. I you plan on adding a heater, heated seats, stereo, I definitely have some tips and recommendations and tips for you to speed things up and get everything clean. Great buy though, congrats.
How 'bout a little reverse action...

Great looking boat!!! You will love it!!! Nautiques age great just like wine. Yellow_Flash_Colorz: I picked up a '99 several years back and it has been an incredible boat. Looked very similar to yours at pickup, but added an '00 tower and stereo upgrade. Mine was the navy and beige masters version, so I had the tower powder coated navy with beige crossbars. Ballast will be this off season and still trying to decide on things.

Also, just like SquamInboards said, that year model hull is great for surfing to barefooting and everything in between. Take it from an ex-competitive skier. We have used my '99 to pull slalom skiers during practice through 35 off runs, trick runs, and jump. Then finish the day with surfing and wakeboarding.

          Congrats, on the new boat!!

PS. I think you will come to appreciate the Master Edition Graphics you have on the boat, so I wouldn't change them. I get compliments on mine all the time.

Thanks for the compliments I am so pumped. I bet I already have 30 hours of detailing on it. My wife said the other boat has to sell before the upgrading begins. I officially hate winter now. Its hard to get a new water toy at the end of the season..........
