Sorry been working crazy hours so haven't had a chance to reply but the kill switch I bypassed that on the lake and they swapped with a new just to be sure at the shop didn't change anything, when I pulled a plug I held it to the block, but I'm not sure how the shop was doing it, boat is located just outside of wake Forrest in North Carolina but soon as I'm off call I guess I'm gonna run it to white lake and see if they can figure it out cause the shop its at still hasn't figured anything out and there really not trying to any more I feel like

I don't understand the comment above. Did you pull a plug and hold to block and look for spark? And was there spark?

Next thing is to verify fuel pressure.

You tested yourself and got that reading? Or they told you this? Did you verify injectors are firing? Did you verify throttle body is opening to allow air?

As you know you need, air fuel, and spark...If you can just verify which one is not working you will be down to 1/3 of the possible issues...

That is what they told me it had on the fuel rails to the injectors. I did check to make sure throttle body was opening. I held a screw driver to an injector as the motor was turning over and I did not feel it clicking so I feel they are not working they said the only injector test they could do from the computer is if it was running which I feel like there is a way maybe they just don't know how to operate there computer or don't have the right computer

Sounds like it is time to either work on yourself or change shops.

Look up a set of noid lights, they should be cheap. You unplug the fuel injector and plug the noid light into the harness. Then crank the engine over. If it lights up injector is at least getting the signal to spray fuel. Check each injector one at a time, and good luck.

I didn't read through every response, but the first two items I would check... the emergency kill switch (the tether), and the neutral safety switch.

Sort of... you also need the correct timing... Which still sounds suspect to me.

I am confused by above as the operating manual shows ignition timing controlled by ecm, and not adjustable. manual.pdf

Noid light looks like another good option for making sure ecm is pushing signal for fuel...

Not surprised at all. While Lake Marine really knows what they're doing. They've been my dealer for more than 20 years now.
