    Connected the battery and garden hose, just a few little things needed sorting. Missed the transmission switch and the raw water hoses were on backwards. She fired right up after just a few turns. Re-checked all fluids after a 5 min run and they all needed topping up.

        Getting ready for the final glass work, which includes the hole for the new pedestal. So drilled that and did a test fit. Will need to make a spacer as it’s about 15mm too long.

          Fantastic post. Thanks for taking the time.

          My 2009 230 has the commone issue with the screws at the bow rail backing out. I wonder if mine is like yours a not bonded causing them to work loose.

          This boat will be better than new.

            On ours only the screws along the back of the transom worked themselves out and would only be stopped by the swim platform. I used to tighten them up every few years. Once finished here, the deck won’t have any screws. It will only be bonded on with adhesive.
