Nautique did do a good job with the Paragon cover. Weirdo that I am, I again had a larger cover made (with the same access hatch) that covers the platform and boat down past the chines. My boat house gets some angular sun from the west in the late afternoon. As we all know, fiberglass has no inherent UV protection...

Actually it works great so far. I was only back 60ft though. My only complaint is the 1mph change I’m speed. I understand that’s all most will need but I was back playing with the speed so I could see what the wake looked like for my kid and I was very limited. Right now I love the full ballast wake at speed but the empty wake @18mph is not as nice as the g23. We have more testing today playing with front ballast to help it out.Originally posted by GMLIII View Post
Keep us posted on how the Surf Select feature performs at 65-75 feet back at wakeboard lengths. The 3.0 module is suppose to have a longer range signal than the Pebble 2.0 module.

Any chance you know the height of the tower, when it's all the way down? I was told an 11' high door is needed for it.2018 SAN G23 XR550

I'll try to measure tomorrow. That sounds a little high with the tower completely lowered with the boat on the trailer, but I will try to cinfirm.Originally posted by ironj32 View PostAny chance you know the height of the tower, when it's all the way down? Ehhh...possibly? I measured in November. My notes say 10’5”. I’m assuming I meant 5”.

Looks to be about 9.5' - interesting, local dealer told me 11' door was required. Glad I checked here! That's on a Boatmate with 18" tires?2018 SAN G23 XR550

I don’t have any clearance issues so I just measured for those on this post. I would give a couple inch wiggle room though. I think that was the high point but we were in a hurry to get packed and leave. The tire was actually off the ground a bit but I measured to the ground. We were on a steep incline.Originally posted by ironj32 View PostLooks to be about 9.5' - interesting, local dealer told me 11' door was required. Glad I checked here!
