One would think if it was anything regarding a Boat Model, Line or Accessory the announcement would have occurred with the 2011 Line-Up intro?? Maybe a General Business or Team member announcement of some sort.

Yep, I completely agree. Sometimes the stars dont line up though, and products arent ready to announce based on the calender. The other side of the coin could also be true, this was meant for a mid year announcement and R&D/Engineering got their work done early.Originally posted by Quinner View PostOne would think if it was anything regarding a Boat Model, Line or Accessory the announcement would have occurred with the 2011 Line-Up intro?? Time will tell, its fun to joke around and list our hopes in the mean time.

All current owners can trade in their boats and get a new model free. Personally I'd like to see some wake continuity throughout brands. A 210 220 and 230 should have the same wake as much possible. Also, the wash on a 230, though mental, sucks. You'd expect cleanliness in a 90-100k boat.Last edited by gride; 01-21-2011, 07:45 PM.

Talk.
You know, I've been thinking about this for the past 24 hrs.
Bill Yeargin - awesome guy. Great polish, great for that company... I like him a lot. Very good at what he does in my opinion.
But these hints of hints of hints fall flat on their face for me (and like I said, I love ya Bill, I mean it, and I say this with all due respect). I just have a couple of thoughts and concerns about the leaks of leaks that some of the dealer network is keeping secret and some are "winking".
And Jeff - big guy - love you man, but I need to say I think little good can come from threads like this. It's one thing if you personally start it and control the message, but to just participate gives this some sort of credibility and honestly, we know you know - we know we don't. I think I know, but I DEFINITELY don't know for sure. In fact I've not been this clueless on a Correct Craft announcement in several years. I have it down to 2 theories, after making some calls yesterday, playing dumb with dealerships that always talk too much. But again, to hazard a guess on here would be reckless and you guys would be mad at me and I could be FLAT OUT WRONG.
So - guys - Bill - Jeff - cut us a break. We care. We support a good portion of what you're doing. We're mostly cheerleaders here. Safe environment. You get me?
Don't mean to come off as harsh, but there was someone on WakeWorld some months ago teasing the bleep out of the Rathy/MB deal and it was just like, offputting (EDIT: wow I just checked - same guy as the April Fool's SAN Murray Icon 230/240. Who is this clown?).
The reaction to the WakeWorlder was "well if you've been entrusted with detailed info, why log in anonymously on some kind of alt account and fuel the fire. Talk or don't!"
I feel like this is 1/10th of that at this point but you now have our attention. it could spin ####-all out of control and then you've let a forum spill the beans. I know that's not what you guys want. But I think at this point people want to hear what's up either way or someone is going to start yammering.
Now... talk?.

Love,
Erik

Was not inferring, hinting toward, or even nodding toward any level of intelligence. You have my apologies if it came off as such. You misread me there, and maybe I could have stated it more clearly.
This joker caused several poop-pants events on WakeWorld and I wanted to offer some context. I actually think I know who it is. I believe it's a mostly credible, very controversial, WakeWorld semi-troll who (aside from just flat-out Tige slamming) adds some occasional value. Maybe an ex pro with a love of stirring stuff up on our beloved forums but in the few pm's we've exchanged he (she?) won't hint at an identity. That said, they've gotten a few predictions dead-on correct. Inner circle, letter perfect style.

By the way, I know that I have no explicit rights to this information. It is a privilege when we do know clues, but companies like Correct Craft owe us exactly nothing in terms of information until they are completely ready.
i just wanted to clarify because I sounded a little but pushy up there and I fully know that nothing is 'owed' to us.
My real point is that Correct Craft dealers are on the verge of breaking some kind of embargo/street date, some people have a sense of what's up, some flat-out know, and it would be wise to get out in front of this whole thing. Again, I haven't but a few whispy clues, a few of which have already been dismissed in this thread. I am down to 2 theories, and even with them I am totally reading tea leaves here. If it's either of my 2 theories, I'll say so, and how I knew. If not, well then I was wrong again. I was way wrong on the new Sport for example. win some lose some.
I am so uncomfortable with what I think I know, that even offering a hint would be reckless.
It's just totally a matter for Mr. Yeargin to decide in terms of bean spillage.Last edited by Erik; 01-22-2011, 11:56 AM.
