I think the link is priced correctly. A comparable car unit with nav will run 2000$ and up with install.

        This thread has extreme ADD.

PS - I hope the new bass boat has tracking fins and a pylon for mounting my boom. Some of my guests want to barefoot at 50+

You laugh, but somewhere I actually have a picture of a Sport Nautique with a trolling motor clamped to the platform that I took in Alabama about 10 years ago.

                Think Big

                Back on topic,

About the diesel Nautique, etc - they were pretty open with me, at the very least hinting that they have a sort of skunkworks division that experiments with lots of powerplants. While I don't know for certain, it would surprise me exactly 0% if they've put diesels into their large and small boats - and even hybrid electric.

                But they won't say.

And for as many times as I've been there, that skunkworks division either has to be in a way locked down part of the building. The building is huge - they don't want people back there - period. However when I was luckly enough to go to a part of that back area, it had been spyproof prepped. When I got to go back into the design room they had covers over several photos, printouts flipped over... They keep the public literally on the the other side of the building from where the secrets happen.

Again, I may be reading too much into Bill's words but "big" strikes me as a hint. Big crossover? Maybe. Big wake/crossover? Gets my personal guess. A revived old-style 210 or a step back from the 200? Very unlikely.

I personally liked the older 196, and feel like it got killed of during its' prime, but I don't think they'll cannibalize the 200 yet.

I do agree with a bit of overstatement/hyperbole with some announcements from Correct Craft, but Bill YEargin strikes me as a guy with a good sense of humor. I take "big" the announcement wording as a little wink.

Sticking to my guns on this one - an even bigger, even more droolworthy Super Air Nautique (Nautiqueasaurus).

I had heard some things from a dealership employee a month or so ago that hinted at a larger boat.

Guess we'll all see on Tuesday..

That's the best speculation yet. Murray is the MAN - he's in all the videos and deserves his own signature boat.

Ha...skunkworks! Maybe they will build an assault boat, something that can tow a team of navy seals into battle!

HHmmmmm..........seems like no one is buying what's the boss said about a Bass Nautique. Jeff's either shaking his head in disbelief..............or slapping his knee's with laughter.

                              April fools

Yo - That was an April Fool's joke post dude - read it.

Plus if this was really the case, and some dingbat went on WakeWorld to say that and then disappear? Not trustworthy. Not a source. Nothing but an April Fool.
Is he right? No way to tell. We also have no clue about who this is. Let's wait to see what happens.

                              EDIT:
Ah. trustworthiness aside, there's this from that same poster:
"Do not be surprised to unearth this thread in awhile as 80% real.
Hybrid, unlikely. Rest of it: heard rumors."

Errgh. I know of this poster. He's something of a troll but he's made other calls exactly correct - most recent was Rathy going to MB, he even had dollar figures on the deal the 2 parties struck.

                              Darn lurker/teasers...
