It looks a lot like a 98/99 FCT but it might be a homemade copy or maybe a modified original? The feet look exactly the same as factory but I think they only had 2 horizontal bars going up the sides instead of 3 like your has. At least mine only has 2. You may want to check out towerbiminis.com as they will be able to make something to match your dimensions regardless of what it is.
