At the GPS puck, with the puck plugged in so there is a load on the power wires, you should have 12v on the power wires. I would expect those wires to be red and black. The other two wires would be the CanBus wires. Blue and White would be typical colors for CanBus wires.

I haven’t been able to check it out due to rain but I noticed a couple things the last time out. The Linc screen wouldn’t turn on but when I shook the bundle of ground cables it came on and worked fine. The gps did work for a couple hours after hitting a hard wake but doesn’t work now. Also one of the underwater lights on the back is also not working. Do you think they all have a shared ground or power that could be the culprit? (GPS not working, rotary dial not working, screen only works some times, and underwater light out).

Yes, there is typically a ground bus bar under the dash area somewhere. On a Nautique 200, it's actually on the underside of the gunnel area sort of behind the throttle. So that's a place to check because it could be in a similar place on other Nautique's. Sound likely that you have a problem with a bad connection(s) in the grounding system. Once you locate the ground bus bar, look it over carefully for corrosion as the first step. Second, make sure everything is tight.
Also keep in mind the problem can be between that bus bar and the negative terminal of the battery including looseness or corrosion in the battery clamp or where wires attach to the battery clamp. One easy test is take a jumper cable and use the negative lead only to clamp the bus bar with one end and the negative battery terminal with the other end of the negative lead. If that fixes the problem, then it proves you have a bad connection somewhere between the battery and the bus bar.
