Adding heater to my boat and can't find a suitable schematic that shows where to tap in to 4 wires for power/low/med/high. Schematic I can find shows a 4 pin connector on the harness for a direct plug in, but can't find it anywhere. Any help is much appreciated!

My 2003 heater wire was bundled in with the main harness under the kick panel. It is a medium's sized four pin molex connector.

I've dug around that harness as much as I can without actually starting to cut away all the tape and conduit. Did you have to cut open the harness at all to find it?Comment

Nope. It was a separate 4 wire bundle coming out of the harness with its own split-loom tubing.

FINALLY found it! Had to cut a bunch of zip ties and some electrical tape. They had it folded in and taped up in the middle of the harness. The male plug was with it which worked out great as the plug on my fan was different. They had a resistor soldered in from one lead to another...not sure why but made up the plug and it works great..
