I'll let someone with more experience chime in but my first take on this would not be good. If my understanding is correct the 92 still had wood stringers and 93 was the first year for no wood but hopefully for your sake I'm wrong. Water will find a way to get into anything and if I understand what you're saying correctly water has infiltrated into the sub floor stringer system. I've seen this in a couple older boats I worked on and in those cases it was a mess to repair on those boats as the water had rotted a portion of the floor and several areas of the stringer system. We ended up scraping out all the foam and paying a local shop to do the stringers and the floor.
