We finally got ours out up north on Friday. It has been hard to find a day above mid 50’s without a lot of wind. Friday was 65 and 5-10mph winds so we got some wakeboarding in. I’m not sure there would ever be an off season for me if I lived down south.

Honestly, I haven't even driven it yet. It is getting ceramic coated, light tint on the windshield, trailer clear bra'd in places. I took delivery from the dealer about a month ago, put it in storage-waiting for good weather to bring it back to Houston to get the aforementioned stuff done before even putting it in the water; this virus stuff has slowed things a bit as well. The dealer, for what it is worth, (when "shaking it down") "raved" about it-said it was quite noticable. It has 2.6 hours on it, none with me in the driver seat. I hope to have it done this week and take it back to the lake next weekend (weather permitting)... Long answer, I know...

How is the new motor? I completely forgot about it after taking mine out. The 550 seemed to have plenty of power for the weight. It was definitely better then my 450 in the G23

I took the proceeds from the sale of the spare prop for my G23 and paid the delta to get a spare prop for the Paragon (Acme 3563). I have my fingers crossed that it will fit in the cushioned "weekend saver bag/kit). It says the bag is good up to an 18" prop, but I can say that 17" prop in it had little room...

Your fee may be different then mine in Virginia but and annual membership for inland waters only cost $118.00 per year. If I didn't have Seatow that tow would have cost me around $600.00
Probably a good investment; it sure was in your case!

However, RDT-G23 and others that have the LT4/ZZ8 motor, the prop is now an 18x13.5. This is different because of the additional power and resulting in a transmission of 1.5:1. Attached are two pictures of the prop that came with my P23 that is not yet installed.

I hope this redeems me from my earlier post listing an incorrect P23 trailering height.

Thanks for the update. It confirms what I was told about mine as I took my spare prop with me on the trip but never looked at them. Also forgot about the motor swap since I was so excited to be on the boat. The 550 worked great other then realizing that it’s a pain to find premium. We are spoiled on our lake that everything was already premium but that was not the case in South Carolina.

Agree. I'm just on the hunt for the model number for the prop. I still have a pristine extra (the original/never damaged in the slightest) prop for my departed G23 (and want to figure out how to get equity out of it to apply to a new extra prop fro the Paragon.) I actually had changed props on the G23 to drop RPMs by about 250-300RPM; I loved it. As a result, the prop I have is the original that came with that boat.
