    Lift with cables not cradles

After much debate and discussion I decided to go with the old school method of lifting a Nautique. (All of the rigging capacity was carefully verified) cradle

It'll be just fine. You even have lines rigged to stop the sway. For decades, this was THE way ski boats were lifted. The cradles came along later.

One would hope it would work. Charles is correct, but these are the heaviest nautiques to be lifted this way. Hopefully it is a different company that makes the lift ring hardware than that makes the prop shafts, just sayin'.

I like that look a lot btouch. Very clean. I have the cradle in my boathouse but this eliminates the boat sitting unlevel on the cradle. In my case when the water is low, my cradle will hit mud if I lower it far enough. I like this look.
