We had a great time out on Lake Jepawhit this past weekend. Keep in mind the lake levels in the private lake are low especially with the hot summer we have been having in Michigan. I think I heard as low as 8'. So, it made it difficult to judge the surf wake. I still thought the wakeboarding wake was excellent considering these depths. I love the space and storage in the boat- Especially the lockers and the bow area. Having the subfloor ballast (1800-1850) you dont lose any space in the extra large storage lockers. They shortened the engine compartment to give more seating space (sorry mechanics). The LCD screen size is also a nice upgrade. Overall it was great to experience the boat at the unveiling and at the lake. We felt like we got the VIP experience with Adam Wensink, Drew Danielo, Nate Smith, and Shawn Murray. Glad Nautique does these kind of events.

I think guys were writing 'SURF' on the sides of their boats so many years ago. It just feels like a tribal armband tattoo to me in 2016.

The galaxy graphic is standard. The surf graphic is an option ($370 MSRP).

I think I remember seeing in another thread someone said Nautique has already dropped the "Surf" graphic option because of cheese factor. I could be mistaken though.

How did the boat ride at wakesurf speed? I see the X20 (which I'm going back and forth on, but hate how much is considered "options" on the MC) and it rides REALLY bow high at wake surf speeds.

OMG have seen the x20 getting on plane and at surf speeds. Ridiculous amount of how rise, almost dangerous to an extent.

This is something I was extremely impressed with. The boat rides relatively flat at surf speed. Most boats I end up standing while driving when pulling surfers. This boat did not require that at all.

Little late but is a 20ft multisport boat worthy of a surf stamp? I mean really? Is this geared at an X20? Thought the GS20 attributes were going to be more 3 sport friendly. The X20 is a pure ballast tank

I would really love to hear from someone that actually skied this boat. I would think it's not too hard to get a 4500 boat to surf or wakeboard but it is touted as a Crossover boat yet no one seems to be interested in the ski wake. The other thread doesn't really have any real time ski info either. I'd like to see how it skis at all lines and speeds, especially slow speeds and long line for beginners, after all it is a "Family" boat so there will most likely be beginner skiers behind it. Showing professionals running at 36 mph and shortline really isn't indicative of how the boat performs for the average Joe even though it looks good in the videos. All the surf talk is moot if it doesn't ski well for "Everybody".

Some guys on ballofspray are talking about it. Horrible ski wakes at longer lengths (up to -28) from the limited testing so far, and that's at 36. If a skier wants a new compromise boat, it sounds like they should snatch up a 200V before they're gone.

Just got back from the Orlando boat show and this little but is really good looking and quite functional.
