Seriously story of my life get out their water looks great get my first foot in the binding look up 3 tubers out of no where it never fails. I don't know how they can just have no respect. Is it that hard to wait a little while till were done riding or you got to love the hot lappers just doing circles for no f ing reason then you get the waterworld sea doo crew from who knows were coming to bounce off our wakes I need to get rich and build my own lake asap .

I say amen to that. We are not professionals just fun loving we make the best out of the conditions we get.
I like all music as long as its not the same song over and over.
I'm with you...we all own boats because we enjoy being on the water in one capacity or another. Ultimately, we enjoy sharing our toys with our friends and familes.
The bottom line is...enjoy every minute you have on the water. Whether you're riding, surfing, skiing, pulling the kids on tubes or just floating enjoy the moment because the memories will last forever...or at least until you get old and forget everything.

The problem is a lack of knowledge. Tubers dont realize they are messing things up for everyone els. What I still have a problem understanding is why they choose to tube in the best water. Isnt the point to get beat up? I have a sweet tube that matches my boat and all, but all it is for is taking video!
I would add, (being new to the nautique family) on the weekend wake surfing was a great substitute for tubing when there was sub par water conditions for real watersports. I was asked if tubing was an option..... this is a ski nautique not a tube nautique. I'm sure I'm not the first top use that line!
When I first got my Nautique 7 years ago I tubed everywhere before I realized that I was killing the glass for the ski/wakeboarders - I eventually figured it out when it happened to me. I now tube in the middle - Unless I am at a friends house and the parents are on the beach watching the kids tube, get air - then I stay around the shoreline so the kids can show off. I see a few boat looking at me on those days wanting me to move out to the center...that is when I cover up the Nautique logo on my boat and but a mastercraft sticker there
We pulled out the flat tube for the first time in almost three years to host some tiny kids that have never been on the water. Everyone had a great time and became very comfortable in the water after an hour or so. A wipe out or two gave them a taste of crashing.
When the time was right, I put the 8 year old on the training skis and up he went on the third "hit it". Everyone else got on their knees on the Fun Board.
I didn't have to worry about messing up the water because it is a privite ski lake and I was the only one on it.
Not sure why you guys have a problem pulling a tube. A tube, like a ski, surfboard, etc.., is just another chance to take our boats out on the lake and have fun. The only problem I have with a lot of tubers (along with jet skiers) is that they run their boats in circles in the best water to make it rough to bounce the tube. The middle of the lake is already rough so it would save them a lot of time/gas if they just went their to begin with.
The lake should be enjoyed by everyone, just use a little common sense.

The tubers around here are dangerous. 25-30 foot boats flying around in circles close to shore where we wakeboard.... with no regard to other boats. They drivers don't even look where they're going, just have their eyes glued to the person on the tube. Almost been ran over on my standup and had to throttle back my boat many times to avoid crashes.
On my lake, if you want glass in July/August you gota be up early or go late in the day (dusk).....
I used to hate tubers until I had kids....they just love it.
If you really hate tubers, go buy yourself a tube, and give free rides....just make them the most punishing rides you can. They wont come back again.
Do not forget the danger of tubes with crazy drivers.
I know of one person that was killed and two other girls that ended up with serious Concussions with the multiperson tubes
Again common sense rules.....
I avoid tubes as much as I can and have that same rule - tire them out with the other sports first.... and hope they are too tired or hungry or its too dark to tube (and if that fails create a air leak in the tube..............)
