Need Advise on a Stereo Head Unit Guys

I have a 2006 SANTE that came with the clarion cdm6 in it, some of the buttons don't seem to work properly and i want to replace it, Im trying to decide if I should put another clarion cdm6 back in it (knowing its discontinued) but still available. Or should I try something else? cdm8? or different brand all together? I would like to use the wired remote next to steering wheel still. Any advise on what others have done would be really helpful. thank you

Clarion CMS2 I love mine. It has proud for front , rear, and sub. Bluetooth USB connection. Sub level output. Hard wired remote works flawlessly.

I did see the cms2 and was curious about it, so you like the way it works, looks ect?
