I have the factory stereo in 2013 230 team edition. The stereo manual says it is ipod ready, but not sure where to plug it in at other than the headphone jack at the driver seat. Assumed the USB port was to update the linc system only. Also, can I use Android on the boat that would integrate with the clarion head unit?

Just make sure you use the USB port near the stereo head unit. I believe there is a 2nd USB port near the helm that is for LINC updates but can also be used for charging a device.Originally posted by cedarcreek216 View PostYou can use the USB port, that's what it is for. Doing this will also allow you to move from some to song with your transom remotes instead of having to do it from you phone. Should also display track name and so on.

Thanks guys... Don't remember seeing it in the glove box, but will check this weekend when we are at the lake. Would anyone happen to have a picture of the location in the glovebox for reference? I checked the nautique brochure and video and the glovebox was not featured.Last edited by ffmedic74; 08-20-2014, 01:06 PM.

I got one of these and made my own setup for the boat that is completely removable. You will need a 12V cigarette plug with wire, quick disconnect (if you want), and RCA to 3.5mm plug.Originally posted by 4th ski-doo View PostIs there a blue tooth module possible to install on the '13?
I wired in the quick disconnect so I can put the bluetooth part in my truck and not have it sit in the boat (boat sits for a few weeks between uses). The unit works great and I haven't had any problems with connections or sound. We use our radio so much more now that we have this than we did before.
All in all it will only cost you about 50-60 bucks to get this up and running.

There a couple of universal BT receivers out there that only need a pair of AUX RCA inputs on the head-unit. The Wet Sounds BTVC works really well. Great sound quality and solid range, auto pair, volume and track advance. Can be surface or panel mounted.Originally posted by 4th ski-doo View PostIs there a blue tooth module possible to install on the '13?

If you add one of the aftermarket BT modules, would the RCA's from that be hooked up to the AUX RCA's from the stereo? If so, wouldn't that not allow my 3.5mm aux plug to still function?

The head-units AUX inputs can be split for both a BT and traditional hard wire 3.5 jack, they just can be used at the same time.Originally posted by 2009216v View PostIf you add one of the aftermarket BT modules, would the RCA's from that be hooked up to the AUX RCA's from the stereo?
