There's a pretty cool one on my lake with a garage door. He has a regular garage door opener and everything... it's pretty sweet, headed home, just opens it up, pulls in where he has an electric lift, raises the boat up and closes the garage door. Kinda slick!Travis Fling

Thank you sir!! But that's just my property and a temp dock for now. We live on the St. Johns River about 22 miles away. Yes, on the river. :grin: We own that lake front on Lake Stella in Crescent City. No hurry to build there as our home is only 6 years old. The part of the St. Johns we live on is brackish, and quite frankly, nasty. Sad really. So we trailer the Nauty to our spring fed pristine lake. No rollers, no radiation. yes, lake level has been very low last couple of years.This pic was taken beginning of last month.We have had 100 plus temps for the last month combine that with low water level now we have a serious algae problem but does not keep us from going to the lake every weekendComment
