Monster tower rack with swing arm?

Us OG tower folks (ie 1 7/8" tower tube size) have limited options for swing arm mount board racks.

This Monster board rack with the swing arm option is looking reasonable. Need something that will hold a foil board while not breaking the bank.

Anyone have any experience with the swing arm setup in particular? I have a monster waterski rack and it's solid.

    Short video showing the product:

Appreciate any thoughts on this rack or alternative products.

Not a lot of choices out there unless you want to spend a third of what the boat is worth on racks and modifying the tower for a mounting point for them. I think the ones you have picked out bridge the choices out there right now. That said it does look like both Krypt and Roswell have options you could cobble together. Are they better? IDK, beauty is always in the eye of the beholder and seeing pictures of something is always different than how it will work and look in person.

Right. That's pretty much the situation.

Appreciate the suggestions on Krypt and Roswell.

I actually have a Krypt fixed surf rack now. I had forgotten they have a swivel. The Krypt rack I have is kinda marginal at best. The tine design works but is bulky and visually awkward. The tower clamp is rubber shim based. The clamp has had challenges staying tight when loaded and the rubber they used is not UV resistant and it's already degrading after 18 months. I think their engineering is suspect.

Roswell...you made me look as I have them as out of my desired price range. Honestly, they need a new marketing manager as it's nearly impossible to figure out from their website if they actually have a solution. All they list is a bunch of parts and leave it to you to determine if you can cobble something together that will work. I'll give them a call to see what's possible. I'd love a Roswell if they have a solution and the price is reasonable.

      Love any and all input!
