2000 210 Cover

Hi all, I have a 2000 SAN 210 with the tower removed and am looking for a mooring cover option while the boat is on the lift for the summer.
Any recommendations?
Ideally i'd like to stay away from snap covers as I'm not sure i'll like the look of the snap. Trying to keep the boat lines looking super clean.

appreciate any advice or pics of what you've done.

If you don't have a canopy on the lift (and maybe even if you do), I would suggest a waterline cover. Budget is going to be key. Good covers ain't cheap and cheap covers ain't good so a lot is going to depend on what kind of protection you want/need and how much you're willing to pay for it. I'm personally 4 square against snap covers and won't even look at a boat with them unless the boat is priced such that I could get the damage done installing a snap cover repaired.

Probably one of the best covers on the market geared towards waterline protection would be from skiboatcovers.com but these are going to be made to order, expensive and your timing couldn't be worse from a quick turnaround perspective. We're just getting into the early start of the season in the southern/western states which means this is also going to be the busy part of the season for many shops.

Couldn't say what would be a good "value" priced cover as I haven't bought one of those is decades.

Hi bturner, thanks for the reply and totally agree w/ you. Happy to pay a premium for quality.

Understood re: the bad timing but I'd like to get this ordered asap. I don't think i need the length/depth of the waterline version and don't need the swim platform covered.

One question, is there a ratchet type system to secure the cover if I stand on the swim platform?
Since it's on a lift I won't be able to secure the cover like you would on a trailer.

The ratchet was an option that quite honestly I which I wouldn't have gotten. They have sinch straps/buckles that are fine if you're not towing. You can see them hinging in this picture....
