We just got our new G25 Paragon, I think I know the answer but I just wanted to double check. When towing long distance take the canvas off the Bimini when towing with no cover, or the Bimini can stay on if towing with the over tower cover on?

You can secure the bimini cover in a way that you can tires with it you have to thread the straps through the tubing to make it tighter

You are in a Paragon, telescoping tower, yes?
Don't you just leave the bimini cover on and lower the tower? Or better yet, if you have an over the tower cover.
We always leave the bimini and cover on for the short hauls, the long distant runs we drop the tower down, better aerodynamics and less of a bug mess.Comment

Yes, telescoping tower, for short pulls around town to the lake we will lower the tower and leave the Bimini cover on. But I thought I had remembered being told that if you were going high speed and long distance to either remove the Bimini cover or you could leave the Bimini cover on as long as the over tower cover was on?Comment

I've never towed without the over the tower cover on when going on highways. Now i'm wondering if i've always done it wrong.
Our dealer told us to just leave the cover on. Though it absolutely acts as a big sail.Comment
