Picked the boat up at Nautique yesterday and took it over to Roswell for the audio and lighting transformation.

After they're finished with it, they'll take it over to SeaDek, where they will install the custom SeaDek kit. It is going to be crazy!

I have always found people through this site to buy my boats. For the last six years though, the same person has bought my boat. He keeps them for a year and then sells them and buys my next one.

This one was pre-sold before I even ordered it. That's what I have been doing with my boats for the last six or seven years. I keep them for about a year and then they go to the next owner.

Just curious, do you generally sell the boats to local people you know or does a dealer help you find buyers in advance?

Progress!

Goes into final prep on Monday! I'll pick it up at the factory on Tuesday and take it over to Roswell for the audio and lighting transformation. From there it'll go to SeaDek for the custom flooring kit. I'm not going to post any previews of the SeaDek because it is so different that I don't want anyone to see it until it is installed. It'll be crazy though!

I'll pick it up from SeaDek on October 18th and pull it home to Lake Norman. Can't wait!

NautiqueJeff, do you know if the 7.4 engine is a direct injection version?

Nope, that's the power/actuating tower. I need to lower the tower every time to get into my boathouse, so that's why I ordered it.

Jeff looking at the tower it looks like you went with the manual fold tower vs power tower. Other than the cost savings , just wondering why you chose maunal over power tower.

And a quick little peek at the LSX 7.4L (ZR7) engine! Can't wait to try this one out. I have been waiting two years to try one of these!
