2010 Nautique 230 Aqua Deck Install & Carpro Cquartz Ceramic Coating

Hey guys wanted to post up my 230 after having Aqua Marine Deck do group buy for us and I covered the whole interior of my boat. I liked there product so much I went back and templated a bunch of top deck, trim & trailer pieces!

I have also just finished compounding, polishing & applying Carpro Cquartz 3.0 ceramic coating. So stoked on the final product! Still think the OG 230s are one of the best looking boats built, but I am biased

Wish I could see your pics.... recently added some aqua camp on mine(bottom layer) and really like the way it turned out. Can you try to repost?

Clearly this is a newbie post, but what's the difference between aqua marine deck & seadek ? Also, re: the Carpro Cquartz Ceramic Coating - what's the purpose of that? How much did all this cost?

They look very similar just competition to Seadek. The aqua deck I got was 7mm vs 6mm

I was quoted $2000+ plus for seadek vs $850 from aqua Marine on the group buy

Cquartz is a coating that they say will
Last 2-3 years on a car. You spray a wipe on/off reload product to give it the fresh wax feel. It was $200cad for the product and about 60
Hours of my time after the minor
Gelcoat repairs, wetsanding, compounding, polish etc

I think it looks great. I’d love to see black chromax letters on the side. I dig the aftermarket NSS too. Nice boat.
