NSS on the 2012 210 is pretty cool. I had mine installed last year. You will need some extra ballast over stock, and you will need to weight the port side a little heavy to get an even wake on both sides.

Took it out today. Stock ballast starboard side is great for surfing. It's great because I don't need to have a bunch of extra fat sacs if I want to surf after boarding.
Port side needs a tad bit of weight to shift boat over. I sat over on port side and it cleaned up nicely.
Tried several configurations and the best wave I got was full ballast nss on 4 and hydro gate at 2
