FINALLY!! all white 07 236/230

I have been an avid correct craft fan since i was born, I was raised in a 79 Ski nautique that my family has owned before I was born and still have her. I recently have done a stringer job and finished the 79 but that’s a different story all together.
I was finally ready to take the leap of buying a 07 236/230 and after months of looking I finally found one I liked enough to pull the trigger on. During my journey of looking for SANs I kept having a recurring issue with snaps drilled into the fiberglass along with the color scheme I liked, and finally found this one that didn’t have snaps in the fiberglass deck, but the snaps are installed in the rub rail which I have no issue with since that’s replaceable.

During my searching for a boat, I searched craigslist from my home town in east TN to west side of Texas to southern tip of Florida to Maine with no luck, and then decided to check PN for the heck of it and there she was! Got ahold of the owner, planned a 5hr drive to see it, test drove it, did a little bit of boarding and fell in love with the boat and put a deposit down, and planned another trip to pick her up the following weekend and the rest is history! Ive had her for 9 days so far and have already logged 25 hours of run time.

You probably got a good deal on that boat and with all the extras (wetsounds, plumbed in extra ballast) and the all white clean look it's an amazing value compared to a 2008 230 that sells for much more.

I wanted this boat and had contacted the seller and even made an offer. I was a day late! lol
It was more complicated for me being from Canada and all.

thanks!!! i already love it! i live 5 hours from the last owner and it was a challange to get the time to bring her home i couldnt imagin getting one to canada!!!!

Other than some minor appearance items, the Sea Deck was really the only big thing that makes a difference.(IMO) Sure the new towers, and linc in 2010, but till then = same boat. And for a helluva lot cheaper....

I like the sano pad. My buddies 2011 230 has the sea deck and I'm not a fan of it but I do like how it looks, but it begins to get fuzzy in high traffic areas. I like the newer towers and linc system but it just wasn't worth the extra 20k + to me. One day I may change over to sea deck but for now the first thing im going to change aesthetically will be newer graphics some time this winter

Man that is a sweet boat! I also had my eye on that one but you beat me to it! Throw on a powedercoated white FCT5 tower and some new decals and you basically have a brand new 230, that was my plan anyway. Sharp looking boat even as is.

Painting tower white was another idea running through my mind. I'm gonna play with photoshop in the coming days to see how tinted windows and white tower looks. Or possibly a black tower since graphics will be black

Is that with the bow sac, arrow sac and belly ballast full? With the rear starboard 750 sac filled over full hard tank? Looks great!

Updating to '11-'12 graphics will do wonders. Of course the tower would ba awesome as well but that's 4000-5000$ depending on the tower with no racks and accesories included.
