Hmmm, I get to take the pics while my son's driving the boat! Had it out for its maiden voyage last weekend. Water and air were about 66 degrees (Dale Hollow Lake, KY/TN border) so just took a cruise to put some hours on the boat. Will be headin' down next weekend; hopefully water will be in the 70's by then. Boat handled very well, getting back closer to the old 196 feel after driving the 211 the past 8 years.

Was out on DHL today fishing with the wife and water temp was 75 degrees, felt pretty good to the hand, should be great for this weekend, nice looking boat by the way, enjoy.

87" is what the local dealer told me. Tower folded.

259" tongue folded and platform off, 282" platform on, and 308" everything out. 102" wide fender to fender.

Trying to talk myself out of buying one.


How's the stock wakeboard and surf wake? Hoping you've had it out to test by now.

dskier: unfortunately, I keep my boat at the lake, so I can't give you that measurement right now.

surroundsound: my son is the wakeboarder and he didn't have any problem with his aerial routine; very comparable to our '05 211. We really haven't dialed in the surf wake with stock ballast; we're still getting used to the switch to the port side with RH prop. Slalom was definitely better than our 211 wake. We will be at the 'holler for 10days starting this Fri so hope to have a much better feel after that trip.
