    2004 SV211 Air Nautique TE

I bought this last year from a Family in Calgary, AB, they brought it up from Arizona and they ran it for 1 season. It has 225 hours on it. I just finished getting a Wet Sounds system put in, and I'm getting a shower and heater installed right now. I figured the shower would be a good touch for the kids if the water is a little chilly, just open the shower up into their wetsuits to warm them up. I'm using the dealers pictures as I found the original ad on the web. Doest this boat look familiar to anybody down in that Arizona area? I'm just curious about the life this boat has seen up till now. I'm really looking forward to dropping her in the water, it was late in the fall when I bought it, and last week it was below zero here and it was about 29 yesterday, gotta love the weather in Alberta
My next purchase will be a sac for the nose and one for the walk through. I believe I read that about 300 lbs is good for the nose, and about 700 in the walk through.

Just finished my Spring cleanup, all I have to say is man that Babe's product line is awesome!
Hopefully we can drop her in the water next weekend.

For surfing, 700 on the walk thru might be a bit heavy (unless it doesn't have stock ballast! But the dealer photo shows the Team logo so it should have 3 tanks, eh?). I had an 07 and my surf set up was stock tanks full, a 350 sac on the walk thru (fit great there), a 370 Tube Sac under the observers bench and another 350 on the floor of the bow. I once tried to consolidate the set up into 2 sacs by putting a borrowed 800 lb. sac on the walk thru with the 350 in the bow, wave was very washed out so I went back to the 3 sac set up.

Our '05 211 was left handed prop so we found the starboard side to be better for surfing; however, we were only using stock ballast (full starboard and 1/2 belly and wakeplate on 2) usually with 2-3 other riders.

The back hard tanks were pulled and upgraded to Fly High sacks. I just ordered a pair of 400's and a 370 lb tube for in the ski locker. I'm was going to put 1 - 400 lb'er up in the bow and vary the amount of water in it, and I'll put the other 400 lb'er in the back walk through on the port side and experiment with the amount of water. I was/am a little nervous about putting a sack in the back walk through, as that door doesn't seem to be very stiff, maybe I'm just being over cautious. The Center tank is factory as well.

I've been reading up through the different threads on this, and hopefully I can get it dialled in fairly quickly. We mostly wakeboard, and I'm the only one that surfs right now, but I'm sure the kids will want to try now that we have our own boat, and there won't be an ' audience' watching them try to get up. I have to replace my batteries, I tried charging them up, but they're not holding a charge. I'm looking at the Nautilus AGM marine battery...those things are 71 lbs each! I may not need a lot of ballast with those things in there.

I never noticed any problem laying a sac there. What's the size of the rear sacs? A 750 in place of what's there would mean one less to fill manually...

I'm not sure what size they are, they're Fly Highs and they're about 48"x16x20 ( or there abouts) I looked today, but couldn't find it printed on the bag anywhere.

Thank you. And you as well

I get many compliments, I've owned other boats and my Nautique is prized among my best.
