    1984 CC SN 2001 - Dresden Blue

New to the site and owning a Ski Nautique. I learned to ski from this boat and now my kids will do the same. This summer will be teaching my 4 year old how to ski. Boat has been in my wife’s family since 87. Prior to 87, the boat was used in Correct Craft Tournaments for 3 years. The boat was purchases in 87 from Midwest Correct Craft in Angola IN. Only 800 hours on it, everything is original and its never been touched. Currently working with Nautique Skins to get new skins for the entire boat. Looking forward docking the boat at Culver Marina, Lake Maxinkuckee (IN) in 2013! New lake, new memories!

Everytime I see a clean all original 2001 I really wish I still had mine. They are such classics.

This is my first boat and really enjoy it. Unfortunately keeping it original is difficult for these older boats. The original vinyl, Misty Blue, had been discontinued and there is nothing close to the original. Nautique Skins been trying as well as myself. Looks like I will be going with a smooth bright white as the base with the tri color blue stripes, were able to get very close with the stripes. It won't be completely original but should still blend in nicely since I am doing the entire vinyl interior and the hull is Dresden Blue.
