Well, I'm a complete idiot. I know its not a new 230 or 236 which is what I planned on buying, but I just purchased my new 1987 Fish Nautique.

I have always wanted one of these boats since I was a kid. Well, 21 years later, I have one.

The hull looks to be in really good shape. All the FN's I've seen (not many) have tended to be a bit rough on the outside.

Would this thing throw a good wake with a tower and ballast? Are they V-drive or DD.

I am restoring my Grandfather's he bought new in 78. What a project, I posted some pics on correctcraftfan.com and will post a complete rebild page next month when I am done. Its not as pretty as yours, but is still in awsome shape.
