    Chad's '08 210

OK, so last week I finally got me new 210 and got it home. I am REALLY happy with this boat. For some time I had thought that I would not be able to get into a new one due to the clearance issues getting it into my garage, but the new Titan tower rocks! I spoke at great lengths with the folks at Ramlin and Correct Craft before taking the plunge. Then I followed the boat all the way through the build process (Thanks Dave H!) which makes it all the more personal to me. I even got to take a plant tour and see how it was made ending up with this one setting over in the corner, ready for water test. You may have seen that pic earlier with no graphic on it in another post. Well, as you guys probably know from reading all the other boats, everything about this boat is top notch. I'm really pleased with every aspect, from the way it drives, to the ZO performance, to the way the tower looks and works. This is truly an awesome boat. So without further adue, here's some pics....

This week, at night after riding, I'll be plumbing in the additional ballast, installing the Ameritec Over-The-Top bimini, installing the Wetsounds 3-some and WS-420 set-up, and then moving into some LED's. Taking things by priority 1.) riding, 2.) comfort, 3.) tunes, 4.) Bling. I'm really happy with this! Kudo's CC!

Chad52, what kind of ballast system are you plumbing in? I have an 08 210 about to be delivered and was thinking of doing some additional ballast. Thanks

At the moment, I'm running about 300 lbs of lead in the nose, and planning on putting in my old Wedge sacks from my 03 into it. I am just gonna plumb them in like my old one. The pumps will fill the tanks, they will overflow into the sacks, then overflow out the side. Basically just putting the sacs inline on the overflow line. If that's not enough, I guess I'll try to sell my wedge sacs and get the full sizes sacs to put in the compartments. The wake is very nicely shaped, but you do need extra weight. Friday, I went out with only 4 people and no additional weight and the wake was lacking with just the factory ballast. Saturday I put in the lead in and took eight people and I could really notice a difference.

i have an 05 210. i wanted to run my wedge sacs with the overflow to fill them, but how could i drain them. i looked at the flyhigh system but since i dont have the pumps they used in the 06 where they fill and drain in the same spot i cant to my knowledge. any tips? i was thinking about doing the overflow and then just hooking a tsunami to the lower end to drain it.

grind300, I'm running the "Wedge" sacs in the rear on top of the factory tanks. I ran the overflow from the tank to the front port on the sac, then the rear, top fitting on the sac goes out the overflow on the boat. It fills the tank first, then overflows into the sac. Once the sac gets full it overflows out the side of the boat. When emptying, it works in the reverse order. You will have to plug the empty port on the side of the boat while the sacs are full. Water flows by the path of least resistance and evidently going out the empty port through the pump is easier than through the overflow in the sac. I got a few rubber expansion plugs from an auto parts store to fix that issue. Other than that it works perfectly. I can draw up something and give a more in depth description if you like... just let me know.

BTW -- The blue/yellow color combo above was supose to be Miller Lite blue/gold, but I'm not the best photo chopper in the world.

Love the colors. If I switch to the 210 I'll probably do the same
