1999 Ski Nautique dash wiring

I have a 1999 Ski Nautique with the GT-40 engine. My bilge pump can be energized from the dash bilge pump switch/circuit breaker. I do not have an automatic bilge pump energizing every two minutes for two or three seconds. Does this 12vdc circuit come from the ECM ? If yes, looking for a 1999 Ski Nautique wiring diagram or schematic.

I would add that the auto bilge mode did run with the ignition off-there is no switch to turn it off as far as I know. The only way to stop auto mode is to disconnect the battery. A fellow skier has same year Ski Nautique with same engine and his auto mode can be shut off with a switch.

I could live with just a manual dash switch for energizing the bilge pump but am curious as to where the 12vdc for auto mode comes from. Bilge pump is a three wire pump.
