    2016 SN PCM ex343 Overheating

Ok so just a bit of history here.
I ran the motor without raw water and burned up the impeller.
Put a new impeller in, made sure (oil cooler/trans oil cooler?) not sure what its called, its directly after the impeller in line, but made sure it was clear of any debris.
Opened the heat exchanger, cleared it of some debris, it was either impeller pieces or pieces of the gaskets because they were very degraded.
    Replaced the gaskets.
    Still experienced overheating.
Drained out the coolant, checked all the hoses, ran water through every hose and port I could find, just with a garden hose and everything seems to be flowing well. No obvious blockages.
Took out the thermostat. (Will replace with a new one once this issue is under control.)
Filled the closed system as full as I could, basically took the hose off the top of the exhaust manifold and pushed water in until everything was overflowing and put the hose back on.
Today I ran the motor for a while and as of now,
I can feel the cold water in the hoses from the impeller up to the heat exchanger.
The other hoses on top of the engine like by the ECM are hot, which I figure is normal?
Once the temp hit around 150 the Degas bottle got full and I had to turn it off before it overflowed.
The Red Check Engine light is on during the key on mode and also when the engine actually running.

Separately, after getting water on everything during the refill of the closed system, the RPM and MPH Gauges slowly rise when I put it in the key on mode, and kind of go wherever they want when the engine is actually running. It runs great, Im just not experienced in this and having a really hard time getting it back to being reliable.

Working...
