Zero Off Phone Non-Responsive

I have been calling Zero-Off for three weeks, and nobody picks up the phone, returns calls, or responds to website email. I need a replacement gauge for my 2009 230, but they are unresponsive.

Any idea what is going on?

Zero Off doesn't typically do technical support directly. They expect the boat company, in this case Nautique, to handle technical and customer support. They are basically an OEM supplier to Nautique. Call NautiqueParts.com, they can probably help you out.

I have been having trouble getting anyone on the phone lately too. I have ordered several kits though, and they do arrive.
