Hey All - tried to find what I could online and in the manual for the '06 SV211 but wasn't able to track down measurements and weight ratings for the gas struts in use in the various areas of the boat. I was able to find details on the glove box, but I'm needing to replace virtually all of the gas struts throughout the boat (ski locker, engine cover, observer seat, etc). any ideas on the lengths and weights needed for those areas? Thanks!

Most gas struts have some type of marking or numbers that indicate the strut specs. You need to know the strut specs to acquire the proper replacement struts:
Extended Length. The extended length is the fully extended length of your support when measured from the center of the Ball Socket.
Retracted Length. The retracted length of your gas struts is the complete collapsed length of the support measured from the center of the Ball Socket. In some cases, it's difficult to measure your lift strut’s size without removing the support.
Ending Types. When measuring gas struts, keep in mind that there are different types of ends used on lift supports. The most common size is a 10mm ball stud; however, 8mm, 13mm, and some 16mm ball studs are also used. (I'm assuming ball studs as they are very common). The metal types are good for uses that require a more secure end, and 13mm types are typically used for heavy-weight lifting over 150 lbs.
Stroke Length. The stroke length is the actual travel distance that the piston can travel. To determine stroke length, measure the exact shaft length on your existing unit. If the stroke is too short, it will not allow the device you are using it on to close properly.
Metric to English measurements:
8mm = 5/16" = .32"
10mm = 3/8" = .39"
13mm = 1/2" = .50"
Once you know the specs of each gas strut, you can buy most replacements on Amazon.

What he said! I've actually up sized the strength on the glovebox one on my 211 and recommend it. That's a heavy SOB of a lid.
I've been happy buying from https://www.liftsupportsdepot.com/
