17 g23. My percentages & weight read 80-90% on all bags but the water is already coming out the overflows. Does this mean all bags are actually full and if so how do I reset so they auto shutoff when they are full? All pumps continue to run even after they reach the max weight and 100%.

What you're seeing is pretty common with the G23 ballast systems. When water is coming out of the overflows, it typically means the bags are physically full, even if the display hasn’t hit 100%. The percentage readings are based on timers rather than actual water level sensors, so they can sometimes be off if the fill times drift over time due to pump wear, voltage variations, or slight changes in the system.
To recalibrate the auto-shutoff:- Reset Ballast Timers: Go into the settings menu on your Nautique LINC system and look for ballast timer settings. You can adjust the fill times there. Increase or decrease the fill time until it syncs with when the overflow starts.
- Manual Monitoring for Recalibration: The most accurate way is to run a manual fill, note when the overflow begins for each tank, and adjust the timer settings accordingly. This will help the pumps shut off closer to actual full capacity.
- Pump Health Check: If pumps continue running beyond full even after timer adjustments, double-check for any stuck relays or pump control module glitches. Occasionally, a soft reset of the system (battery disconnect for a few minutes) can clear control logic issues.
The good news is if water is coming out of the overflow, you’re not losing actual ballast, but it’s best to dial in those timers to prevent unnecessary pump wear.
