The Nautique Throttle Base Assemblies are well known for having reliability issues, but this seems a little crazy. Would make me wonder if there is a short in the wiring harness somewhere putting too much load on in. If so, could be really hard to find because it would likely be intermittent. Because if not, there would be other more persistent symptoms.

Well the dealer put all of them in and never suggested it anything was smearing except that they thought nautique needed a different supplier also my friends gs 22 had one go bad and also my 210 went bad once

Yes, the Throttle Base Assembly Nautique uses are made by Livorsi and certainly have reliability issues. And I agree Nautique should be doing something to correct this issue. But it's been a problem since they switched to this assembly in 2015/2016. But they just keep using it.

But with that said, 3 and possibly 4 failing in one boat within that amount of hours is still outside the norm. I've broken one down and analyzed why they fail, and the design certainly needs improvement. And running higher than normal current through it would certainly kill it faster.
