    2015 Sport 200 - Ballast Switches/Pumps Not Working

I have a 2015 Nautique Sport 200 with analog gauges. Just got it in the water for the season. 2 of 3 ballast pumps are not working. On the non-working pumps, when I flip the rocker switch to fill or empty nothing happens - no light on the switch and the pump doesn't run. The 3rd switch/pump operates as expected. All the wiring and setup is original. I replaced all the pump impellers last season and they were all working fine. Is there a fuse or relay in the circuit somewhere? I can only see a small amount of the wiring as it is run behind the drivers side interior wall - Is there an easy way to remove the interior panels to see more of the wiring? Any ideas/help appreciated.

Sorting out my own ballast issues in a 2009 230. If you go to the wiring diagrams posted here, you can just probably refer to the 2011 200 sport version. The fuzes for the ballast pumps on my era are in the main power box / battery switch at the rear, 3 individual buttons. Yours indicates an aft distro panel so there might be an additional PDM box with a PDM reset button by the main battery switch or your relays/additional breakers could be on that same battery switch panel. If you only have 1 lighted switches its most likely a fuse/breaker for the other 2. Try that. You will hear the 1 functioning ballast relay clicking in the rear when you toggle your switch of the 1 pump that working if your looking for where they are.

You can also go to the pumps themselves and swap around the 3 pump quick connects to give the 2 not activating ones a test on the 1 circuit thats working.

If you need to get to your helm switches themselves: The side panels all pop off pretty easily but get a set of plastic panel removal tools and you will want to oder a bunch of new christmas tree plugs as some will get damaged when you pull them. Go slow or you risk also snapping the backing boards on the panels.

If you have to remove the throttle handle to get the secondary panel off, theres a hex screw at the bottom of the lever and another screw to release the transmission disconnect / neutral button,

Digging into this type of issue myself with my '02 210. Lights on the panel stopped coming on and of course pumps don't turn on as well. Now I'm sitting with full tanks and I don't know how to drain them so I can actually move the tanks to get to the pumps. I'm guessing if it were just the pumps, the light would turn on, right?

I'm going to say its a fuse tripped. But he fastest way to deal with full tanks is just trace the wires directly going to the pumps. If they don't have a quick disconnect to the harness cut the wires and temporarily wire them directly to a 12v source to dump the tanks. You got a 05/50 chance of choosing which pump is the empty one for each tank on that year of 210.
