I think I had some bad gas. Had a "knock sensor see dealer" code. I was able to clear the code with a code reader. But the check engine light is still lit.I have good oil pressure, good temp, good volts...ran it it my driveway for 10 min, any ideas?

Could be the temp sensors on the exhaust manifold riser/elbow going bad if this is happening and your operating temps are normal. Try unplugging them and see if that makes the light go away. I know PCM eventually eliminated them on the zR6 and other members have unplugged/ taped off the leads when their sensors go bad as well.

And certainly it's money well spent if you're not up-to-date, change that silver fuel filter on the left-hand side. Also I add stab-il 360 to my fuel as it measures. I think it's 1 ounce per 10 gallons for valve life.

But I figure all the fuel system upkeep is cheap insurance either way. Certainly not a bad idea if you're still chasing potential problems
