So, I took our new to us 2019 GS24 out to the lake for the first time last weekend. Got up on plane and about 30 seconds in the boat listed hard to port. All indications were that the ballast were empty. We played all day, mostly surfing, and before we head to the dock I activated the Back to Dock and was cruising across the lake, ballast gages read empty, then without notice, we listed hard to port again. I got home and call the dealer, he had me bring it in. The port ballast still had about 50 gallons of water in it. He said there is actually a maintenance bulletin from Nautique that addresses the issue and requires new ballast sensors. Parts should be here today and hope to have it back on the water by Saturday. It is all under warranty. I would not have known what to do if not for this forum. Thanks for sharing.

Fast forward - took the boat out in Jan after having stereo upgrades and thruster and 15 mins in same issue going around a bend boat listed to ooet
side - was waiting for service appointment and dealer checked valves and sensors all worked and newest parts. Next they thought the valve was sticking open so they filled the tanks and let them sit for 24 hours and no leaks - did that a few times and of course went through all SW updates.
After a week of working on it they started going further into the boat and found that it one of the hoses to fill/empty the found out that there was a kink in the hose and wasn’t allowed the ballast to empty fully. I am taking the boat out Sunday and will report back - hope the issue will be solved!!
