How do I remove rear tower mounts

Rear tower mounts on 2008 210 won’t budge any help appreciated to get the off the deck. 4 small outter bolts removed large central bolt removed mounts still stuck steadfast!

Did you ever figure this out my rear tower mount just sheared & can't find the replacement, lol.
