Cylinder #1 missfire - check plug and ignition coil. I would guess it needs plugs to start and go from there. I would replace just cyl #1 plug and see if the code does not return. Then you could continue to replace the rest of the plugs if the plug is indeed the cause of the issue. Could be a bad wire/ignition coil just on #1 cyl as well. Try to isolate the repair to just that cylinder before branching out further repairs. Don't get hung up on the "catalyst damaging misfire" description. All misfires are technically "catalyst damaging". You did the right thing by returning to the dock and not continuing to run the engine.

I received this same message on the lake yesterday. Mine is a 2015 Super Air 210 with ZR450 PCM engine. It also gave me, as is usual, the option to "hide" the message.
However, I didn't return to dock. I do whatever I do when I get similar such errors. I stop, turn off the engine, turn off the batteries, wait about 5 minutes, and then start the engine back up. I did not get this error again the rest of the day, about 2 hours more of engine use.
I do think I'm due for new spark plugs. The engine tech asked me if I'd like to do it a month or so ago when I had the oil changed and my usual spring service. Perhaps I'll take him up on the spark plugs replacement now. Is the general consensus that new spark plugs should resolve the problem?
