    After I removed the Exhaust Flap and looked in this is what I saw...
    Is the exhaust pipe suppose to be equal to the thru hull pipe.(line up)
    Never has a large amount of water in the bilge last season.
    How do the two connect. ? any piece of mind would be great...

    My '95 is the exact same way. Your looking in at the muffler assembly outlet. There is an exhaust hose that connects it to the exhaust outlet mounted into the transom. When you think about it,it cannot line up exactly and doesn't even need to because of engine alignment to the shaft is more important and would change that every time your engine was aligned. Put the flapper back on and forget about it.

        They drag, but, you won't notice until over 40mph! My Python boat would rotate it at really high speeds, but that boat had dual exhaust, and no real good way to mount brace it up like your 220. You're gonna love the FreshAir setup!
