Windshield Walk-through Weatherstripping

Has anyone found a suitable replacement for the strip of pad on the back of the walk-through window?



I've checked with nautiqueparts, the local dealer, and browsed the home improvement stores, but I can't find anything that seems up to marine grade environments.

Isn't that just a peel and stick? Can't you just use whatever the current models use in that place? Seems pretty basic.

That's what I had assumed, but so far I've had no luck.
