That oil does meet all of the specs given in the engine owner's manual for 2003, so yes, that's the correct oil. It is what I used in my '03 when I had it.

Not to argue but PCM does not make engines. They take automotive engines and modify them externally to work in marine applications. Synthetic oil is superior to conventional oil in more ways than simply cold starting. No reason to limit your choices to Conventional oil based upon recommendations from PCM alone. I've had tremendous success with running gasoline engines on synthetic oil for several decades.
