K so my understanding from talking with a dealer tech is that the 2015 and later have motorized valves that open and shut when filling and emptying. Quite the upgrade cost lol.

I wonder if you could hit the fill button for about 10 seconds when you finish draining. You could even do this on the ramp to suck air back into your bags. If you suck the bags super dry and create a negative pressure, it may be enough to suck through the impeller and start the siphon going. If you leave the boat in the water, it wouldn't be a problem to push 25 pounds of water back into the bags.

Reading this thread, it looks like the “solution” is to manually close the valves if the boat stays in the water any amount of time? The port side on my new to me 2016 fills if left in the water overnight.

We have a ‘24 GS20, first month on the lake and left the boat twice for about 5-9 days and the belly ballast filled to both 80 and 90%. Was sitting low & had to empty before heading out so not a misread. If the boat left for a night or 2, nothing. Always left short or longer duration with battery switched off.
