Bag Ballast Winterization - what do you do?

Hey all -
I just did my standard winterization on engine and tranny this week and realized I have never winterized a bag ballast system before. I pulled all of the bags and will store those out of the boat (to allow the carpet to dry and come back), but is there anything else I should be doing besides making sure all my hoses are empty? Anything to the impellers?

Winterizing too early. Gonna be 67 on sunday i would dump the water from the ballast puppies and blow the hoses. Just dump the bags out as much as you can. if it freezes it wont hurt them anyway. I have aerator pumps and i just blow thrpugh the hoses to get the majority of the water out.

Thanks Don. Kinda what I figured, but wanted to make sure.

I had to pull cause our lake dropped so bad. Glad I did when I did cause my lift bunks are out of the water with the lift on the lake bed...

Mine got picked up monday am...kind of bummed...but water temp got to mid 50's...

i put my bags inside and figured easiest thing to do was just pull impeller for the three ballast puppies.
