I think I have a mouse down under the helm of my Ski Nautique. And yes, he must be dead. It smells awful. I cannot locate the critter, because it is so tight in the bottom. Did anyone ever encounter this problem? If so, how do you get rid of the smell. Also, how would I dis-infect that lower part of the boat.
I even borrowed a pipe inspection camera, but could not find the dead mouse. Any Suggestions?

When you get back to the ramp and pull the boat out the critter should be waiting at the plug hole. All seriousness aside, fill your bilge with some water and a disinfectant like Odoban and take a drive. Make sure your bilge pump is off. After your drive, drain your bilge at the car wash and the critter should be at the hole. You will have a clean bilge and an unwelcome visitor vacated.
